Mike Croall is a former equities correspondent for Thomson Reuters and AFX News, the financial newswire of Agence France-Presse. He has also worked as a corporate journalist for ING Barings and ING Group, where he wrote for a range of internal publications and magazines. At Ninth Floor Communications he has written and produced internal magazines, websites, annual reports, press releases and speeches for a wide range of clients, including Rabobank, Aegon, Heineken, ABN Amro, LeasePlan, HvA, Wavin, and Nyenrode Universiteit.

Garry Piggott has worked and lived in the Netherlands for more than two decades and is a former correspondent for AFX News, the financial newswire of Agence France-Presse, and US financial newspaper the Daily Deal. He wrote annual reports and quarterly updates on the Netherlands for the Economist Intelligence Unit and was a staff reporter for the English-language edition of Het Financieele Dagblad. As an independent communications consultant he has worked with a wide variety of blue-chip companies, where he has produced and written for internal and external publications, websites, annual reports, and product brochures. He regularly works with companies at boardroom level on communications strategy and execution.

Tammie Nolte is a Texan living, teaching and writing in the Netherlands and is involved with social media tools, communication and websites. For the past five years, she has gained web-based communication experience as a website content editor and writer, content manager and a corporate news reporter. She has also worked on several large website rebranding and renewal projects for Dutch companies operating internationally, including Rabobank, AEGON and DSM. For Dutch higher education, she has developed and taught English and Business Communication courses for international business programs and for online business English learners.
